Admission Information
PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN REQUIREMENTS
*Completion of registration form
*A copy of the child's birth certificate
*A copy of the child's baptismal certificate
*A copy of the child's immunization record
*All legal documents of custody where applicable
*A $25 non refundable registration fee
*A recent photograph of the child
GRADES 1 - 8 REQUIREMENTS
*Completion of registration form
*A copy of the child's most recent report card
*A copy of the child's cumulative records and test scores from the previous school.
*A copy of the child's birth certificate
*A copy of the child's baptismal certificate
*All legal documents of custody where applicable
*A $25 non refundable registration fee
*A recent photograph of the child
TUITION FOR 2010-20011: Grades K-8
Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $4250 or $354 per month (per child)
A scholarship in the amount of $1850 is available for St. Peter Parishioners.
The cost would then be $2400 or $200 per month.
EDUCATIONAL FEE
*$75.00 per child payable within ten days of receipt of acceptance.
*Please make check payable to Saint Peter School.
*Educational Fees are not refundable.
The Educational Fee covers the Diocesan Assessment fee, services for your child, technology maintenance, religion texts.
PARISH AID AND DIOCESAN SCHOLARSHIPS
*Applications for Diocesan scholarships are available for all students. PSAS forms must be competed and mailed to PSAS by March 1, 2009. St. Peter Parishioners may also apply for parish aid using this same form.
*The fee for processing the PSAS is $19.00. St. Peter Parishioners will receive a voucher to enclose with their application. Non-parishioners must enclose the fee.
*All information on the PSAS is confidential. A report indicating the amount of aid to be awarded will be sent to the pastor and principal.
ACCEPTANCE OF STUDENTS
*Parents/guardians will be notified by letter after the information and requirements are completed.
*The non refundable Educational Fee of $75.00 per student is due within 10 days of acceptance.
*Before school opens in the fall, a letter will be sent in August containing information regarding Orientation Day, opening dates and needed school supplies.

ST. PETER SCHOOL IS AN OHIO ED CHOICE SCHOOL
Those families who have children attending (or who will attend) the following schools may be eligible for an Ohio Department of Education EdChoice Scholarship. This scholarship will pay the full tuition at St. Peter School and is renewable annually. The first step is to enroll in St. Peter School. Please call 282-9909 for an appointment or information.
